BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Marketplace Bakersfield has canceled its concert planned for Thursday evening, according to a news release.

Event organizers said it has been rescheduled due to the extreme heat forecasted during the concert.

The band, Lost Vinyl, has also been rescheduled to perform on Thursday, September 5 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
