BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - MAYA CINEMAS BACK TO SCHOOL BACKPACK DRIVE: Maya Cinemas is asking movie goers to donate backpacks for students around Kern County.

The drive is going on until August 8. According to officials, the theater donated close to 200 backpacks last year.
