Mayor Harvey Hall was honored Thursday night at the monthly Third Thursday event at Mill Creek.

Hall was recognized for his active support of the Downtown Business Association and for helping promote the growth of businesses.

Third Thursday is held from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Mill Creek Park.
