BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Kevin McCarthy announced on Wednesday that Human Health Services has approved surge testing capacity in Bakersfield.
Starting as soon as possible, a lot more tests can be administered at no cost.
Kern County last week was placed on the state monitoring list citing the number of COVID-19 cases occurring daily, while testing locations and materials have been spread thin.
