BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Kevin McCarthy announced on Wednesday that Human Health Services has approved surge testing capacity in Bakersfield.
Starting as soon as possible, a lot more tests can be administered at no cost.
Kern County last week was placed on the state monitoring list citing the number of COVID-19 cases occurring daily, while testing locations and materials have been spread thin.

It worked in Jacksonville, and I’m glad to work with the Trump Admin to bring results to my hometown.
