According to the Kern County Sheriff's Office, a body was found outside on a private property near McCord Avenue on October 19.
The body has been identified as 55-year-old Laura Jo Parise. During an examination the cause of death was Heroin and Methamphetamine intoxication and ruled as a death accident.
