BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — McMurphy's Irish Pub has been reopened after passing a Kern County Public Health inspection.
The bar was closed on April 12 after inspectors observed rodent droppings as well as dilapidated flooring in their side storage area.
McMurphy's received an 88% during an inspection on April 19.
McMurphy's was also closed in October for black mold, roaches and rodent droppings. According to Kern Public Health, there is nothing in the department's grading policy specifically to address the fact that this is their second closure in 6 months.
