BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department has announced that a missing at-risk adult has been located.
Manuel Gardea, 57, was last seen on November 16th at about 10 p.m. in the 100 block of N. Street. He was considered at-risk due to medical conditions.
The BPD did not release any additional details at this time.
