Wednesday the Encore Boutique will reopen. The boutique is a thrift store that is a part of the Mission at Kern County' s job training program. The boutique will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

They are asking customers to follow guidelines such as wearing a mask while in the store, maintaining social distance from others and using debit or credit or apple pay if possible.

The boutique provides an opportunity for people involved in the mission's residential recovery program to learn skills in customer service.
