More than 2,000 Pacific Gas & Electric customers are without power in Central Bakersfield on Tuesday morning.
According to the PG&E outage map, an outage was reported just after 6 a.m. in Central Bakersfield. The outage stretches as far west as Real Road, as far east as Chester Avenue, just north of California Avenue and as far south as Verde Street.
PG&E is estimating full restoration at about 9:15 a.m.
It's not known what caused the outage.
