More than 1,000 without power in northwest Bakersfield

UPDATE: Power has been restored to all customers, according to PG&E's website.

ORIGINAL: More than 4,000 people are without power in northwest Bakersfield, according to PG&E.

The outage happened just after noon on Monday and the cause is unknown. The outage appears to be affecting 4,123 customers in the area of Coffee Road and Rosedale Highway, near Centennial High School and Riverlakes Ranch.

PG&E gave an estimated restoration time of 3:15 p.m. on Monday.
