BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — More than 4,200 customers power has been restored after heavy winds reportedly caused two separate outages in Northeast Bakersfield Tuesday morning.

According to the PG&E website, the first outage affecting about 400 customers began at 9:53 a.m., and the second one began about 10:30 a.m. affecting roughly 3,800 customers.
