UPDATE: Only 47 customers remain without power due to a problem with a transformer in the area. According to PG&E, full restoration should be expected around 1 p.m. 

More than 650 residents in Southwest Bakersfield were without power originally.

According to the Pacific Gas & Electric outage website, 654 residents in the area of Ashe Road and White Lane.
