All residents with landlines in Oildale are able to call out again, including to 9-1-1.
Most AT&T landlines in Oildale could not call out, that includes to 9-1-1 earler Thursday afternoon.
This impacted prefixes with 387, 391, 392, 393, 399.
The Kern County Sheriff's Office said that service has been fully restored.
