There are a number of events around Kern County to celebrate mom today!
Brunches/Buffets:
- Mimi's Cafe, three-course menu. Guests will also receive free entree on a next visit, to use through May 39th
- Buck Owens Crystal Palace Champagne Brunch, starts at 8:30 am. Enjoy a waffle bar, made to order omelets, muffins, pasta, enchiladas, tri-tip, fruits, salad bar, dessert bar. $23.95 for adults, $18.95 for seniors, $14.95 for kids
- Padre Hotel brunch, spread of sweets, carving stations, seafood, free champagne, free family photo and flowers for all moms. Reservations required (661) 427-4900
- Elements Venue buffet and music, 10 am-4 pm. Omelet and waffle bar, carving station, Mexican and American hot entrees, menudo, dessert bar, chocolate fountain. $16.95 adults, $8.95 children
- Noodle Bar lunch and dinner buffet, seating times 11 am, 12:30pm, 2 pm. Lunch includes bottomless mimosas and prime rib. Dinner has seafood and dessert bar.
Other events:
- Mother's Day Music Fest, Kern County Fairgrounds. 2 pm-10 pm. $10.
