Multiple airmen graduate from basic training in San Antonio

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — U.S. Air Force Airmen Kyle C. Ramay, Susana Valencia, Gracie Rios, Leah I. Silas, Christopher R. Fontes-Seitz, Leaaron M. Santos, Raeann Y. Espinoza, Zachary G. Arnold, Amy K. Connell, Anthony W. Wagnon Jr all graduated from basic training in San Antonio.

Ramay is the husband of Rachael N. Ramay of Bakersfield. Valencia is the daughter of Maria Valencia and wife of Jose R. Lanuza of Wasco, Rios is a 2018 graduate of Arvin High School.

Silas is the daughter of Dawn Moran and Robert Silas, and granddaughter of Dianna and Patrick Davis, Janice Silas and Susan Hill, all of Bakersfield. Fontes-Seitz is the son of Christopher L. and Carla Seitz of Bakersfield.

Santos is a 2018 graduate of Desert High School, Edwards Air Force Base. Espinoza is the daughter of Gloria B. and Gabriel E. Herrera of Delano, Calif., and Rudy R. Espinoza of Winter Crest Drive.

Arnold is the son of Megan A. Arnold, Lewis Frye and Bryant E. Arnold and grandson of Richard Arnold, all of Bakersfield.

Connell is the daughter of Thomas J. and Donna L. Wilson of Warner Springs, Calif., sister of Bryan Wilson of Huron, S.D., Brett A. Wilson of Ramona, Calif., and Bryce Wilson of Temecula, Calif. and wife of Adam B. Connell of Mojave.

Wagnon is the son of Anthony W. Wagnon of Tehachapi.

Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
