The Kern County Creative Culture Carnival scheduled for Saturday, March 31st in Bakersfield has been postponed until further notice, according to a Facebook post shared by organizers of the event.

23ABC reached out to an event organizer who said the carnival would be "rescheduled and relocated" to another city because of issues with capacity.

The carnival was set to take place at Stramler Park.

The post also says that anyone who bought tickets can expect a refund "as soon as possible" but the process could take anywhere between two to three weeks.

Tickets were being sold at $50 and $110 for VIP access.

Artists like E-40, Nipsey Hussle, Tee Grissley, and others were expected to perform at the carnival.
