On Sunday, October 21, you have the chance to meet a furry friend named Winnie and his firefighter friends at the local adoption event, Mutts and Fire trucks.

The event will be at The Station on 7900 Downing Avenue from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Along with the adoption, there will be 1 free dog training session from Marley’s Mutts.

The adoption fee will be waived for active and retired military personnel.

There will be food, drinks and music.
