NASCAR star, Bakersfield native Kevin Harvick joins in effort to raise money to fight COVID-19

Kevin Harvick is one of the biggest names on the NASCAR circuit.

Now, he's joining the fight against COVID-19.

On Tuesday, Harvick announced he would be partnering with Athletes for Relief to raise money for the Center for Disaster Philanthropy's COVID-19 response fund.

Athletes for Relief has set up a page allowing fans of athletes across all sports to make donations to a specific athlete with a chance to win a prize.

Fans of Harvick have the opportunity to win an autographed Busch Beer firesuit. One hundred percent of proceeds will go to those affected by COVID-19 and first responders.
