Tehachapi Police:
- Starbucks inside Albertsons, 775 Tucker Rd
- 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
McFarland Police:
- McDonald's, 101 W. Sherwood Avenue
- 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
