BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Sunday is the 35th National Ice Cream Day. President Ronald Reagan made the first proclamation for National Ice Cream Day on July 15 1984. Since it has been celebrated on the third Sunday of July.

To help you beat the heat and celebrate this delicious day, here are some of the deals that are being offered for National Ice Cream Day.
