Four people died in a bus crash on Highway 99 Tuesday morning when the bus was nearly sliced in half by a poll.

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash. The cause is still unknown, but California Highway Patrol believes a big rig was somehow involved.

23 people were hurt, seven with major injuries.
