MOJAVE, Calif. — The National Weather Service Hanford Office has issued a wind advisory for parts of Kern County.
According to the NWS Hanford Office, wind gusts up to 55 mph are possible along Highway 14 from Ridgecrest down to Mojave. This will make driving conditions difficult for high-profile vehicles, such as semi-trucks, along Highways 14, 178. and 58.

The wind advisory is from 4 p.m. Thursday through 5 a.m. Friday.
