The China Lake Police Department is investigating an employee of the Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake after another employee reported his coworker's attempt to sell him ecstasy. 

The reporting party said he was in a Public Works building locker room when he overheard his coworker talking about ecstasy. The man then retrieved a plastic bag containing several smaller bags with pastel colored pills inside and asked if the reporting party would like to buy any. The reporting party declined and the man put the bags back inside a locker.

During a search, a clear plastic bag containing pills and a UPS envelope for ID purposes were taken from a NAWS China Lake building.
