A community in east Bakersfield is teaming up with the Bakersfield Police Department to hold a neighborhood watch meeting on Tuesday evening.
BPD will be at the Cesar Chavez Elementary School cafeteria to discuss several strategies to keep the neighborhood safe and answer questions from the community.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.
