BAKERSFIELD, Ca. - Today the Bakersfield City Council will officially welcome two new faces as the city holds its swearing in ceremony.
Eric Arias in Ward One and Patty Gray in Ward Six will join the city council, this after winning their seats in the general election.
The two will be joined by incumbents Andrae Gonzales and Bruce Freeman, they ran unopposed and were reelected in November.
The swearing in will take place at today's city council meeting starting at 5:15 p.m.
