Drivers should expect a nighttime closure on the Westside Parkway on Monday. 

The eastbound lanes of the Westside Parkway off-ramp to Truxtun Avenue will be closed on Nov. 27 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Eastbound traffic will need to exit at Mohawk Street. 

The ramp closure is due to the installation of a temporary concrete barrier rail and roadway striping on eastbound Truxtun Avenue near the ramp. The work will also provide more space and separate the work area from traffic while construction of a bridge abutment is underway.  

Following Monday night's work, there will be three eastbound lanes will be open.

The work is expected to take four months to complete.
