The California Highway Patrol says fog may have been a factor in a crash involving a California Department of Corrections bus and an SUV.

The two collided at 6 a.m. on Garces Highway at Highway 43.

According to the CHP, 17 inmates and three officers were on the bus.

No injuries were reported.
