BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — If you missed the Bakersfield Christmas parade Thursday there is still another chance to ring in the holiday spirit in the streets of Bakersfield Saturday.

The North Over the River parade is expected to start around 10 a.m. and carry until noon Saturday and it will move a couple of blocks down north Chester Avenue to west China Grade Loop.

This year's theme is Rock n Roll, 47 floats, bands and other groups and organizations will march down the streets of Oildale.

Parking for the event will be around north high school,there will also be shuttle service available in the area.
