North Beardsley Elementary is no longer on a lockdown following Kern County Sheriff's activity in the area Thursday morning. 

Officials with the Beardsley School District confirm the school was on lockdown due to KCSO activity in the area of Woodrow and Sanford.

KCSO officials say deputies were looking for a possible suicidal subject.
