Tonight, February 16, 2017, the Northeast Branch of the Kern County Library will be hosting a "Literary Speed Dating" event.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., the library says it's a chance for adults to mingle and get to know one another. Come as your favorite, or least favorite, character or author! Be sure to bring the book or graphic novel of the character you've chosen. Prizes will be given to the most, and least, desirable "personalities" and refreshments will be provided.
This event is open to all adults, both single and taken.
