Northern California was hit with an earthquake early Wednesday morning.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the city of Ferndale was hit with a magnitude 3.1 earthquake.
The quake was reported at 4:30 a.m.
There have been no reports of injuries or damage to buildings.
