BAKERSFIELD, CA. — October is National Disability Awareness Month and it focuses on educating the public on the struggles disabled people face to find employment.
“People with disabilities have more of a challenge to get jobs because people look at us differently but I fought through that and here I am," Tracey Mensch.
Mensch lives with Cerebral Palsy, but she doesn't let that stop her.
“Tracey has been with us for a while she did her first paid internship at Rabobank Arena and they hired her on and she also works her at PathPoint," Lora Moore, PathPoint.
