A suspected thief was caught on camera while burglarizing the Clerou Tire on E. 21st Street.

Police said the burglary occurred on July 12th inside Clerou Tire at 530 E. 21st Street. The suspect is described as either a Hispanic or whie male, between 25 to 35 years old, slim build, wearing a white t-shirt, gray gym shorts and a red "49ers" hat. The suspect is also thought to have distinct tattoos which possibly spell "E" and "S" in large letting on his triceps.
