BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The search for the driver of a car suspected of striking the front of Bertha’s Barber Shop is underway, according to Kern Fire.

Officials were called to the shop located on 2018 E California Avenue around 1:37 p.m. after reports of a hit and run.

Kern Fire says the business was closed when the incident happened. No injuries have been reported.
