BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — UPDATE: As of 5:26 p.m., vehicles are stuck in all lanes of the I-5 on the Grapevine, according to the CHP Traffic Incident site.
The site also says heavy snow is sticking to the roads and several vehicles are spinning out and getting stuck.

As of 2:15 p.m., the California Highway Patrol is escorting cars.

As of 2 p.m., officials are running breaks from Gorman Creek.

Officials are pacing the I-5 on the Grapevine as of 1:32 Sunday afternoon, according to the CHP Traffic Incident website.
