Health officials is warning the public about a no water contact advisory before attending to the Fall Classic Drag Boat Racing competition this weekend.

The advisory has been in effect since early august after high levels of bacteria were found in the water.

And this year it could stop most people from attending Kern County's biggest boat show.

Lake Ming will close tomorrow ahead of the racing competition.
