BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Omni Family Health services recently received a donation of 15 car seats, thus allowing them to give the car seats away to expecting families.

These car seats, along with diapers, donated by Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK) will be given to already preselected Omni patients in a drive-thru donation event.

The drive-thru donation even will be June 4, at Omni Family Health, 1701 Stine Road from 9 to 11 a.m.

"This is a great example of community collaboration and filling needs in our community despite these challenging times," said Michelle Lyday, director of communications for Omni. "We thank Bakersfield West Rotary for sharing in our commitment to the community during the COVID-19 crisis."
