BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A 19-year-old has been arrested for an outstanding felony warrant, illegal possession of a firearm and criminal street gang related charges following a search by the Kern County Probation Department Gang Intervention and Suppression Team.
On April 3, at approximately 10 a.m., officers conducted a search in the area of 500 East Fairview Road and arrested Yovani Leyva. Officers also located a loaded short-barreled shotgun during the search.
