On Saturday, 11/05/16, at about 9:30 PM, officers from the Bakersfield Police Department executed a search warrant in the 4500 Block of Norseman Street. Officers located and seized several rounds of ammunition and three firearms. Among the firearms was a scoped, high-powered hunting rifle. Artis Hammond (23) of Bakersfield was arrested and later booked for numerous weapons violations and gang participation.
