BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — (UPDATE 11/2) The Kern County Coroner identified the man who's body was found Friday morning on Edison Road, just north of Muller Road, as Adam Molina Garcia.
The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating a suspicious death in the area of South Edison and Muller roads Friday morning.
KCSO was called to the scene just before 5 a.m. Friday after reports of a person down in the road.
When deputies arrived, they found a man's body.
KCSO says the death appears suspicious. Homicide detectives have been called to investigate the incident.
KCSO says traffic in the area will be closed off for several hours.
