WASCO, Calif. (KERO) — At 1:22 p.m. CHP reported a pedestrian was hit by a train on Saturday. The incident took place near Highway 43 and Pond Road in Wasco.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead. He was later identified as 30-year-old Danny Alvarez Jr. from McFarland.
No additional information has been released.
