UPDATE: The Kern County Sheriff's Coroner's office has identified the victim as 18-year-old Sophia Rose McQuin of Bakersfield.
One person is dead after a vehicle crashed into a pole in Northwest Bakersfield Saturday night.
Around 11:23 p.m., a vehicle crashed into a power pole on Coffee and Snow roads, according to CHP.
At least one person is dead. Officials have not released that person's identity or the cause of the crash. More information will be provided on this crash when it becomes available.
