Bakersfield Police is investigating a shooting and stabbing in East Bakersfield. The incident happened just after midnight Sunday at the AM/PM on Mount Vernon.

Police got a call of victim being shot and another victim being stabbed. Once they arrived on scene, one victim was suffering from a gunshot wound with moderate to major injuries. While, another victim was stabbed with minor to moderate injuries. Both victims were transported to a local hospital. There is no suspect information and the investigation is ongoing.
