The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a person was shot in a yard in Mojave on Sunday night.
KCSO says they got the call at about 8:25 p.m. for a shooting on M Street near Shasta Street. When they arrived, they found the victim shooting who was alert and conscious.
