BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to PG&E, over 5,800 people are without power for a period of time in Northeast Bakersfield due to three outages.

At one point the outages affected residents in Homaker and Panorama Park areas, Alta Vista, College Heights, and Hillcrest.

Power was restored at around 5 p.m.

No details as to what caused the outage.
