BEAR VALLEY SPRINGS, Calif. — Over 8,000 are without power in Bear Valley Springs, according to the Southern California Edison outage page.

According to the SCE outage page, 8,649 customers are affected by this outage. The outage is believed to be caused by storm conditions, SCE's outage page states.

SCE says power is estimated to be restored to most customers by 4 p.m.
