An overturned big rig is slowing traffic on the Northbound 99 on Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the big rig overturned just before 10:30 p.m. Thursday just north of Merle Haggard.

CHP says crews were on scene overnight cleaning up fuel, leading to the closure of at least one lane.
