Bakersfield, CA. - A power outage has been reported by Pacific Gas and Electric in Northeast Bakersfield.

According to PG&E, the blackout is affecting 2,121 customers. Their website is reporting that the incident began at 5:22 this morning. Officials say that power should be restored by 8:30 a.m.
