FRAZIER PARK, Calif. (KERO) — A pedestrian killed after being struck by multiple vehicles Saturday night on I-5, north of Frazier Mountain Park Road, has been identified.
Arturo Velazco Santos, 39, of Los Angeles, was declared dead at the scene, according to the Kern County Sheriff's Office.
