BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a vehicle on White Lane in Southwest Bakersfield.

The incident happened at around 6 p.m. on White Lane near Montebello Drive. The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.

The driver remained at the scene.
